RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for ordering with Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 days (if located in Australia) and 30 days (if international) to return a physical item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note returns and refunds DO NOT apply to digital downloads or online download material. In the event of an error during receiving of download links, buyers can opt to have digital download links resent by contacting Ron Malhotra International via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds on physical product or digital download products
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 30 business days of refund approval. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Refunds on Online Courses
You can request a refund (minus any deposits paid) up to 14 days after confirmation that your purchase has been completed. However all refund requests will be subject to the below conditions, they will also be subject to approval by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. and simply "changing your mind" is outside of our refund policy (no refund will be granted simply due to change of mind).
No refund is available after 14 days from commencement of the process. The commencement of the process is upon receipt of your deposit and / or first instalment. Should you wish to cancel your subscription and / or your instalment plan after the initial 14 days from commencement of the process, all outstanding fees (Course fees / Program fees / Student fees / Client fees) will be payable in order to avoid any legal action. Where a refund has been granted (minus deposit), this will result in cancellation of your membership and login to any course. All materials must be deleted or discarded as outlined in our Terms Of Service.
In the event a refund is payable, Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, within 30 business days of the day the refund was/is approved.
Whilst we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change course content, assessment, dates and trainers/moderators. We also reserve the right to suspend any student who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behaviour.
If you have been or have not been provided with the "THE SUCCESS BLUEPRINT UNIQUE VALUE PROPOSITION", please note that all product/program/course guarantees are subject to the following conditions:
If you have paid a deposit, and commencement of program (including mentoring by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd.) is delayed by you, resulting in commencement of 14 days or more from receipt of your holding deposit / deposit, the iron-clad money back guarantee is void and also excludes the refund of your deposit / holding deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
If you default on any payments owed within the 14-day money back iron-clad guarantee period, or prior to your commencement of The Success Blueprint (in the event you have delayed your commencement), all guarantees will be void
Refund / product / program / course guarantees, cannot be initiated simply by "change of mind". After completing the first three powerful modules, if you cannot see how this program will transform your life and results, you can ask for a refund (minus deposit paid / first installment). However, proof must be provided that you have completed the first 3 modules, all completed exercises / workbooks must be provided to your mentor / facilitator at Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. via email (email@example.com) and you MUST have implemented all the teachings in these modules. At this point, once proof has been provided that you have adhered to these terms, Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. will then review your request for a refund and an answer provided to you within 30 business days from receipt of all your material to Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd.
At the discretion of Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. and associated Mentors / Consultants / Staff / Affiliates of Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. when selling products owned by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd, if a refund is requested outside of the above 14-day terms, at the discretion of Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd., a credit note may be provided to the value of or part of the value of the requested refund amount. This is determined on a case by case basis and conditions apply (these conditions will be outlined on the credit note when provided). Please note any credit notes are non-refundable for cash, and guarantees provided excludes refunds / cash refunds for credit notes.
All legal or debt collection fees and costs incurred by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. to recoup monies owed by you, will be payable by you.
Refunds on Events / Retreats
There are no refunds on events / retreats due to all student / attendee funds being allocated to arranging the event / retreat, including accommodation and other expenses incurred by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. For Travel / Retreat payments, ensure you take travel insurance out (at your own expense) to cover for any unforeseen circumstances that may result in you not being able to attend. Once deposit has been paid, you are locked in, and remainder payments are payable by you until full payment of your ticket, has been received by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Not for Resale
All Digital Download Products or Online Products / Programs must not be resold, or otherwise transferred.
You must not allow copying of any Digital Download Products including, but not limited to, copying through file sharing networks or sharing your login details to anyone other than yourself.
Marks of Ownership
You must not remove or alter any mark of ownership, copyright, trademark watermarks or other property right which is embodied on any Digital Download Products or Online Products/Programs/Courses including its documentation.
All title, Copyright and intellectual property rights in and to the Digital Download Products or Online Products/Programs/Courses, and any installation of Digital Download Products or Online Products/Programs/Courses are owned by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. Storage or sharing of this intellectual property by any means electronic or otherwise, that is contrary to this agreement, may result in prosecution. All fees or costs incurred by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. to prosecute due to failure of complying with our terms, will be payable by you.
Digital Content Cancellation Rights:
a. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your full payment / initial payment / or holding deposit paid to Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd (or affiliated mentors or facilitators of Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd). This is defined as completion of the Credit Card purchase transaction or Paypal Purchase Transaction. At this point an email with download link or login details is sent to the buyers email address as provided during payment transaction process.
b. Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to not refund a digital content order once delivery of the product has begun. The download service or login details commences immediately after completion of the purchase transaction (full payment, initial payment within a payment plan arrangement, or a holding deposit) and you will not have the right to withdraw or cancel your order after this point. If you have not received the login details, in the event you have simply paid a holding deposit only, you are still subject to the Refund Policy (stating a refund minus deposit can be requested within 14 days of receipt of first payment - so no further payments will be deducted). If you cancel any payment plans in place for the purchase or membership of digital content / courses / products outside of the 14 days Return Policy Terms, full payment of any outstanding fees will apply and action will be taken by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. (or affiliated mentors and facilitators of Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd.) to recoup all outstanding payments owed. All legal action will be at the client's / student's expense.
Events / Retreats
The following conditions apply for all Retreats (local and International):
Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. will advise regarding any visa and travel requirements (for international retreats), however it is your final responsibility to ensure your travel documents are in order. As it is the requirement of most countries, please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after return date.
Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. strongly advises that you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to include full cover for the duration of your journey. Although we offer full care, we cannot accept any responsibility if you choose not to cover yourself appropriately.
Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd takes no responsibility for your flights.
By making payment of a deposit or full payment for any Event / Retreat run by Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd., you are accepting Ron Malhotra International’s Terms and Conditions.
The balance of all money due shall be paid by the customer to Ron Malhotra International Pty. Ltd. as per payment agreement. If payment is not made as per payment agreement, then all monies paid up until that point will be forfeited and your reserved spot at the event or retreat will be cancelled (no refund will be provided on any money paid up to that point).

Collection of your personal information
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Ron Malhotra International customer support features including but not limited to providing of free tools and to purchase products including online course registration, membership sites etc... you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

Use of your personal information
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only and will disclose what they are to allow customers the option to be removed under 'right to be forgotten'. Data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
Accessing Your Personal Information

For security reasons, please put your request in writing. Ron Malhotra & Ron Malhotra International reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
You have the 'right to be forgotten'. To contact our team to ensure all of your data is deleted to adhere with the laws of GDPR if you are based in Europe, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your information will be deleted from all channels including 3rd party software such as mailing lists, landing pages or automation tools.
